Telephone Systems
Having been involved with helping businesses and organisations in Kent since 2017 (and, in fact, since 1996 working with other companies), we know what works and what doesn't.
There is a massive choice available to you. Trying to work out what to go for and which supplier to use is mind-blowing.
Partnering with global brands like 3CX, Gamma and Microsoft, we know Telecoms like the back of our hands.
No niche products here - just systems that work and are as fully featured as you need them to be.....or as simple as you need them to be.
VoIP /Cloud
All systems are now VoIP.
Fact.
In simple terms, it means that all telephony is now operated through computer networks and connections. That is all it means.
The days of phone lines are gone - the connection to the outside world that carries all your calls is an internet connection.
Whilst most of our customers end up with totally cloud based systems, where there is no central control on the premises, we can, where preferred, install a system (we say system - it's not really - it's just a software application on a computer) on your premises.
The choice is yours.
Anyway, we look after all of it for you.
The system, the 'lines (called SIP trunks), the internet conneciton, cabling, network switch, software, billing, support etc etc.



Lines and Internet
Phone lines are now called SIP trunks or channels.
All this means is that your numbers are connected to a SIP provider, along with the phone system we provide.
If you move suppliers to us, we handle all the porting process.
We just agree to changeover date with you and work towards that.
We also provide the internet connection for you (there are various types available that depend entirely on the location of your premises) - anyway, don't worry - we deal with it.
Or if your current connection is suitable we will use that.
And we install it all properly - no 'sounding like a dalek' or 'like you are under water'!
Types of phones
If you have an existing system, we may be able to re-use your existing handsets.
Or we can provide new handsets - there are lots of options but we can advise you on what is best.
Some of our customers don't give everyone handsets - in fact some have no handsets at all.
A user of the phone system can now have their phone on the PC or laptop - so it becomes their handset. This can be via the computer browser or an installed application.
These applications are very easy to use and have lots of features available should you need them.
Users can also have an application installed on their smartphones.
So a user of the system can be on any device, in any location in the world and use their phone as if they were sat in the office at their desk.


Response times less than 1 hour
Normally, we respond to customer faults within 10-60 minutes.
Maximum 4 working hour SLA
Proper Ticketing system
All customer faults go immediately into our Freshdesk ticketing system.
That way we can manage and measure service levels.
One Bill
Our customers get all their Telecoms, IT and Internet products on single monthly bill.
Remote Monitoring and Management
Our customer systems are actively managed and monitored.
Quite often, we know there is a problem before you do!
